Refund & return policy

Requesting a return

Include your order reference when requesting a return. Keep your order reference and payment receipt when requesting assistance with an order.

Information to include

Provide your order reference, the item and selected size or color, and the reason for your request. For damaged or incorrect goods, include clear photographs so we can review the issue.

Return instructions

Wait for return instructions before shipping an item. The delivery address on a parcel is not necessarily the return address. Return authorization and the applicable return address must be confirmed first.

Item condition

Keep the item, its packaging, tags, and any accessories until your request has been reviewed. Request confirmation of return eligibility and postage arrangements before sending an item back.

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment provider. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution. A return request does not itself confirm that a refund has been approved.
